With over 30 years of experience in education, Dawn Manchester brings deep knowledge, dedication, and heart to her role as Supervisor of Learning & Teaching at Nowell Academy. Throughout her career, Dawn has remained passionately committed to implementing best teaching practices and fostering equitable learning environments where all students have the opportunity to thrive.

Dawn’s leadership is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a student-first mindset. She believes that when teachers are supported and empowered, students benefit most—and that belief drives her every day.

Outside of school, Dawn lives in Warwick with her wife, Deidre, their nearly five-year-old son Jackson, and three older bonus children. As a family, they enjoy taking walks, riding bikes, playing games together, and soaking up sunshine at the beach.
